October 16, 2012 - A Little Love for DHS

Wow, what a tiring day. Believe it or not, being tired is an excellent reason to go to Walt Disney World. Instead of going commando, take your time, chill out, people watch, look at the details. Look up, look down, look all around and when you are sufficiently relaxed go take in a favorite relax-attraction. Maybe a show like Beauty and the Beast at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Today is the perfect day to watch Beauty and the Beast because it just happens to be Angela Lansbury's birthday. Out of respect for a lovely lady, I'll not hint at her age but she has had so many wonderful roles including Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast. So grab a seat in the open air Theatre of the Stars, relax, and enjoy 25 minutes of top quality entertainment.

I'm a D23 member, are you? If you are then you will definitely appreciated my last reason to visit Walt Disney World today. October 16, 1923, Walt and Roy set up the Disney Brothers' Studio to Make the "Alice" comedies. The entire concept of DHS is to memorialize this period in entertainment history so use two excuses to visit one park and chill out at DHS in WDW today.

Remember, your best excuse is always: Waiting for your dreams to come true.
