Today is Big Whopper
Liar Day. People compete at spinning the best tall tale. I suggest you eat at
Pecos Bill’s Tall Tale Café.
Today is the
International Day of Peace. Go to EPCOT where you can peacefully walk around
the world.
Today is International Eat An Apple Day. I
suggest an iPad but if you are on a diet you could settle for an iPod. If you
can’t afford that then eat a gala apple. I love those. Go to Hollywood Studios
where you can hit the streets and pretend that you are in the Big Apple.
Alexander H. Key was
born on this day in 1904 in La Plata, Maryland. Key’s novel Escape to Witch Mountain was made into a
movie by Disney and also inspired two sequels. Key wrote many stories about
children with extraordinary mental abilities, let go to Innoventions where we
can see many examples of extraordinary mental abilities.
Jerry Bruckheimer was born on this day in 1945
in Detroit, Michigan. Bruckheimer is a super successful producer with credits
for: Remember the Titans, Coyote Ugly,
Armageddon, Pirates of the Caribbean, National Treasure, Prince of Persia and
The Sorcerer’s Apprentice. Sounds like a good excuse to ride Pirates of the
Caribbean.
Remember, your best excuse is always: waiting
for your dreams to come true.
